Nutrition Services

Exercise is important.  Nutrition is important.  But how do they work together?  Sports nutrition plays an important role in our health, as food is directly responsible for providing energy, metabolism, growth, development, repairing, and rebuilding… and more!  Not only does proper nutrition provide the energy to support basic body functions, it has the potential to take your performance to that next level beyond what physical training can provide.  Sports nutrition involves strategic planning of nutrients based upon each athletes’ sport and individual goals.  If you’re looking for that extra competitive edge, you can find it in your food.

The following nutrition services are available:

1-hour Initial Nutrition Consultation

$100.00

One hour of individualized nutrition counseling, including collaborative discussion surrounding goals, medical and nutrition history, and assessment of nutritional demands of the client’s training program.  Prior to each appointment, a nutritional assessment form and three-day food log will be sent to each client to allow Kellsey to further enhance the personalization of the session.
